Yes, across Kazakhstan. PALOMA 365 is a cloud system: we connect and configure it remotely in any city, and equipment orders are placed on the website with a delivery address. Our office is in Almaty; on-site specialist visits: Almaty, Astana, Uralsk, Ust-Kamenogorsk.
How much does PALOMA 365 cost?
A subscription to the PALOMA 365 cloud management system starts from 5 400 ₸ per month. It includes POS, inventory, recipe cards, analytics and remote control from your phone.
Can I rent POS equipment?
Yes. A Paloma POS terminal with PALOMA 365 already installed and configured is from 25 000 ₸ per month; a self-service kiosk is 49 000 ₸ per month. Equipment can also be purchased: POS terminals, receipt and label printers, scanners, scales and consumables are in the catalog.

How soon can I start working?
With a Paloma POS terminal — on the day you receive it: PALOMA 365 is already installed and configured, so you just plug it in and load your products or menu (Excel import is supported). On your own equipment, setup takes 1–2 hours with our support.
How much does an on-site specialist visit for training and setup cost?
The first hour is 15 000 ₸, each additional hour is 10 000 ₸. The specialist will train your staff, help enter your menu and products, and connect the equipment. Cities: Almaty, Astana, Uralsk, Ust-Kamenogorsk.
